This policy covers the site at mafia-casino-world.com and nothing else. It does not cover the Mafia Casino website, which has its own privacy notice, or any other website the site links to. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and we keep what we collect to the minimum the site needs to work.
Who We Are and How to Contact Us
We run mafia-casino-world.com as an independent information site about Mafia Casino. For anything in this policy, including questions, access requests and complaints, write to support@mafia-casino-world.com. We are not the casino operator, and we hold no information about your casino account, balance or play.
What We Collect
The site has no registration, no comment form, no payments and no newsletter, so we do not collect your name, address, date of birth or payment details here. What we do collect is technical, apart from any email you send us:
- When your browser loads a page, our systems receive your IP address, browser and device details (the user agent), your language setting, the address of the page you requested, the page that referred you and the request headers your browser sends, along with the date and time.
- When you press a button that leads to the operator, such as Sign Up, Play Now, Claim Bonus or Log In, we record the click. The record includes a click identifier built from a one-way hash of your IP address and browser details, so repeated clicks from the same visitor can be recognised without storing a readable profile.
- If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as health details, and we do not collect your precise location. An IP address can point to a general area, such as a city or region, and we treat it as personal information for that reason.
Why We Collect It
We use this information to run and secure the site, to detect automated traffic and abuse, to measure which pages help visitors and to attribute referrals to the operator, which is how we earn a commission. Clicks that fail our automated-traffic checks may not be forwarded to the operator. We do not send marketing emails or text messages. We collect only information that is reasonably necessary for these purposes, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles or sell it.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and delivery provider may use technical cookies or similar signals to keep the site secure and fast, and these do not identify you by name. Once you leave for the operator’s website, the operator sets its own cookies and applies its own cookie notice. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them, though blocking some technical cookies can affect security checks.
Who Receives Data
Three parties receive the information described above:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, and its network processes each request to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
- A tracking platform receives the visit and click data so that referrals can be counted and automated traffic filtered.
- The operator receives the click and its identifier when you click through, and its own privacy notice applies to everything you do on its site.
Each provider handles data under its own policy and for its own security purposes as well as ours, and the sites we link to, such as support services, never receive your visit data from us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Because Cloudflare serves requests from data centres around the world, your information may be processed outside Australia. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How Long We Keep It
We keep visit records and click records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and then delete them or strip out anything that identifies you. Emails you send us are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you write again.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You can also ask us to delete what we hold, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it. Send the request to support@mafia-casino-world.com from the email address you want us to act on, and tell us what you are looking for. We may ask for details, such as the page you visited and roughly when, so that we can find your records, because our logs identify visits by technical data, not by name. We respond within a reasonable time and explain our reasons if we cannot give you what you ask for.
If you think we have mishandled your information, write to us first. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au. Questions about the data the operator holds for your casino account must go to the operator.
Visitors Under 18
This site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a child has sent us information or used the site, email us and we will remove what we hold. Our terms and conditions set out the age rule, and the responsible gambling page covers underage play.
Security
The site is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to our records is limited to people who need it and we keep the amount of data small. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information sent over the internet is safe from every attack, and you should keep your own devices and browsers up to date. If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we notify the people affected and the OAIC as the Privacy Act requires.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when the site, the tools it uses or the law changes. The updated version applies from the moment it appears on this page, and the page shows the date it was last updated. Return to the home page at any time.
